Giveaway Rules

The following rules govern the Flyte Escapes Giveaway ("Giveaway") operated by Flyte Travel, Inc. ("Flyte," "we," or "us"). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Flyte, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Flyte Travel, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. How to Enter

The Giveaway begins on June 15, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period").

To enter:

1. Visit flyte.travel/escapes
2. Complete the entry form with your email address
3. Successfully refer five (5) friends who also submit their email addresses through your unique referral link

Each participant will receive a unique referral link after initial signup. You must have five valid referrals to be eligible for the prize drawing. A valid referral is defined as a new user who provides a valid email address through your unique referral link.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive $10,000 in Flyte credits, which can be applied toward Flyte services, including private jet flights and Flyte Escapes packages.

Prize details:

• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of award
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Credits cannot be combined with other promotions or offers
• Credits are subject to Flyte's standard booking terms and conditions
• Winner is responsible for all taxes and any expenses not specified

The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $10,000. Actual value may vary based on departure city, travel dates, and specific services booked.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on July 15, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by Flyte, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours, or an alternate potential winner may be selected. To claim the prize, the potential winner must complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where legal) within ten (10) days of notification.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, fails to provide the required documentation, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. General Terms

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Flyte Travel, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any injury, loss, death, damage, action, claim, demand, or other liability that may occur from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Flyte reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Flyte in its sole discretion.

All entries become the property of Flyte and will not be returned. By entering, participants grant Flyte permission to use their names, likenesses, and entries for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Any dispute relating to the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

6. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Flyte's Privacy Policy, which can be found at flyte.travel/privacy.

7. Winner List

For the name of the winner, available after July 30, 2025, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Flyte Escapes Giveaway Winner, 123 Aviation Way, Suite 500, New York, NY 10001, or email your request to giveaway@flyte.travel.
